Vujicic rebukes Justice Minister Abelard Tahiri for failing to function the judicial system

President of the Association of Montenegrins, Slobodan M. Vujicic has addressed with an open letter to Justice Minister Abelard Tahiri, with which he expresses concern about the failure to function of the judicial system in Kosovo, which drags on the solution of the matter for even over eight years, thus becoming indirect collaborators and defenders of ordinarian frauds.

Next we are bringing his letter to full, pending an answer to the justice minister for the situation in the field of rule of law, enforcement of justice.

Open letter to the Justice Minister, Mr. Abelard Tahiri

Dear Minister Tahiri,

Due to inadequate civil judgment procrastinations, Kosovo judicial system has become the most important motivation, indirect collaborator and best advocate of ordinarian frauds

The prosecution and the judiciary, through brutal procrastination and disrespect of legal deadlines, work directly against the Law, the damaged side, and the state system itself.

In all, the Association of Montenegrins of Kosovo has filed an indictment against the company “IDEAL” from South Mitrovica on January 30th 2019, but a session has not yet been scheduled. The same case is with the indictment I personally filed against a physical person on June 29, 2018.

Honored Minister Tahiri, we are aware that there are cases that await justice for more than eight years, and for that it is a bit of shame. Those who must defend the law and bring justice in this way play and destroy communities, families, or individuals. Therefore, we believe that you will take the right steps immediately so that each one can gain justice in the appointed legal term.
