The state is failing to protect its citizens. The case of rape and child murder is a terrible event that is striking down on our faces the normalized racism in our society. For this, institutions are at fault, ranging from schools to police and prosecutors showing that some lives are worth less and that rapes are not taken seriously. Moreover, this questions the welfare of children of this state”, Gashi said.
