The Federal Court of Appeals has said US President Donald Trump cannot block his critics from the Twitter account.
The three-judge panel agreed that Trump violated the First Amandament of the Constitution when blocking critics or ridiculers in his account.
This decision came in a case that brought an institute from the University of Columbia, follows Perisokpi. She had indicted the president on behalf of seven individuals blocked by Trump after having criticised his policy.
The appeals court has said the Pari Amandament does not allow a public official using social media to exclude people for issues involving public interest.
