The competition for recruiting new swimmers opens

The Ministry of Justice, through an announcement on the official site, has announced that it has announced public competition for selecting swimmers.

“Based on Article 10 of Law No. 06/L-010 for Noteria and Decision No. 122/2019 of the 2207.2019 Ministry of Justice publishes the public competition for selecting notaries”, the report said.

The justice ministry has opened 79 free positions for notaries for the following municipalities:

MD reports that the deadline for handing over the competition documentation begins from July 24th 2019 to August 7th 2019, and that the app should be attached to the documents proved by which the candidate meets legal conditions, as follows:

• In order to mark municipalities in which the candaidatis applies;

• Certificate of citizenship;

• Court proof that his skill has not been removed;

• Have personal and professional integrity (a written statement by the applicant);

• Jurydical faculty degree, according to the four-year program or master's studies, the diplomacy copy must be NOTERIZED;

• If the faculty candidate is finished in the other country, then the candidate must bring the nostrement degree and decision by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the Republic of Kosovo. Diploma and decision must be handed in copies of NOTERIZA.

• Confirming the experience of legal work after graduation, article 5 paragraph 1 of Law No. 06/L-010 for Noterina, Confirmation must be original or copy of NOTERIZED;

• Certificate of Noteria exam issued by the minister of justice;

• The testimony that the applicant has not been sentenced to bias of the firm form for criminal work;

• The state of the bank account for the past six months or other evidence that the candidate is able to establish the notary office, respectively, to provide relevant locals and equipment needed to exercise the position of notary.

We remember that when the first competition for recruiting new MD swimmers was announced, it would be “1 notary in 10 thousand residents”.

Members of the PDK and their family and relatives are expected soon to be swimmers in many institutions and municipalities.

The opposition accused the justice ministry of recruiting swimmers was strictly political and demanded suspension. The Vetevendosje movement called it a scandal. But Minister Abelard Tahiri had called the opposition's own request to suspend it, and had announced that recruiting new swimmers would begin soon.

Minister Tahiri had also denied that there had been conflicts of interest in the testing of Noteria. However, many members of politicians have passed the exam. But, KTV and Koha Ditore had reported that 175 candidates have passed the latest swimming exam, among them the wife of former PDK minister Hajredin Kuci, the wife of Drenasis President Ramiz Laldrovci, and the wife of PDK MP Rafet Rama.

Part of the note will be the son of PDK leader Kadri Veselini's uncle, Hysni Veselini, and the groom of Health Minister Ismaili Bridge, Ekrem Dresaj.
