This resolution, named “H. Con. Res, 32a is originally originally from the House of Representatives of the United States Congress, and it paves the way through the entire Congress.
The resolution was adopted shortly after the 20th anniversary of the killing of brothers Mehmet (21), Agron (23) and Star (25) Bytyqi.
The committee had marked the anniversary of the murder of the Bytyqi brothers last year with resolution BiH. Con. Res. 20”, which notes that 19 years ago, with an act of state terrorism, Serbia became responsible for killing three American citizens.
This resolution was approved by the Committee and would pass for voting at the House of Representatives of the American Congress.
After approval this resolution will serve legally as a condition for US-Serbia relations.
If it requires normality, Serbia must establish justice in the country by bringing the Albanian-American Bytyqi brothers to trial.
