LDK Deputy Chairman Agim Veliu has said that it is not yet decided who the possible candidates for LDK chairman will be. Asked by the newspaper if he would be one of the candidates, Veliu has said such a thing would only be understood in the Parliament.

Despite this, Veliu has said that very soon the internal electoral process will be completed.

Even the next LDK deputy chairman, Lutfi Haziri, has confirmed that the internal electoral process is expected to be completed soon.

Haziri has further confirmed that during the process there have been several incidents, but that the incidents in question have come from malicious people.
While talking about potential candidates for chairman, Haziri has said that potential names that will compete for the party's first, but has expressed confidence that the LDK is and will remain unique.

Even Haziri as Weliu has refused to talk about the possibility of competing for LDK leaders.
