Investors believe there is new evidence showing that the German copy that certified the facility as safe knew it could collapse.
Nearly 300 people died when the collapse caused landslides near the southeastern city of Brumadinho.
A prosecutor and a lawmaker handling the case have claimed that the German firm Tuv Sud is not co-operating.
They are complaining that this possibility of co-operation by the company is making an effective investigation impossible.

The BBC has seen e-mails showing that Tuv Sudi's analyses had initially failed to meet official requirements, translate Periscopi.
The company has refused the interview request.
What Happened to Tragedy?
The barmaid in Brumadinho collapsed for a few seconds on January 25th of this year. There was no warning of danger. The sirens that were supposed to signal were not issued.
The workers who were sitting to have lunch at the mine canteen had had very little chance of leaving.
Victims Still Found
In his house, in the hills above the mine, Aramaic relates how his sister was serving lunch in the cantina when she was destroyed by the landslide.
Her bones have not been found yet. His wife's sister was also killed.
German company with international name
Tuv Sud is a domestic name in German for safety.
The inspection company was established a century ago, providing security checks for large companies.

In question, unlike the common barriers, there was no additional wall or barrier.
The inside documents and e-mails seized by investigators show that Tuv Sud's workers knew about the risks a year ago, but did nothing about them.
The company had contracts worth 4m euros with the Vale Company.
E-mails:
May 13th 2018: “We are completing our studies on the fluidity of B1 barrier, but everything shows that it cannot be done. ”
May 15, 2018: <x0-Results and figures let us believe we're in a pretty bad position. ”
November 9, 2018: This barrier has a disease problem. ”
What we don't know is why this happened. Was the Tuv Sud under pressure from Vale?
There's evidence that the inspectors were concerned about what might happen with the Tuv Sud contract if they didn't certificate the barrier.
