He has expressed the conviction that 706m euros has only cost the performance of the works, while the drilling has not been calculated.
In fact, according to his account, 608m are the initial jobs, 53m euros are the multiple statements given to Bechtel Enkas, and the rest is the performing of additional jobs.
However, Zharku has said that there is no estimate of the cost of expropriation, which alone has to exceed 100 million euros and can reach up to 200 million.
Thus, the cost of the highway amounts to over 800m to 900m euros.
The “Arba Xhaferi” highway was released for circulation 29 May. It is 65.6km and connects Kosovo with northern Macedonia.
The largest bridge highway in the region, which is 5,7km, was said to have cost the state budget 706m euros.
Meanwhile, the government has decided to build two new keys on this highway, one in Ferizaj and one in the year.
Works for the “Arba Xhaferi” were launched in 2014.
