Zeka: We don't vote laws on anyone's whore, they're flattering sportsmen on voting issues.

During today's session in the Kosovo Assembly, much debate has been raised on the Law for Sponsorization for Sports.

MP Milaim Zeka, who recently formed his party, the Euro-Atlantic Party of Kosovo, has spoken of this law, writes Periscopi.

According to him, by this law sportsmen are being vilified for voting issues, we do not vote laws for anyone's benefit. All of this is to flatter the athletes, that shows we have no state, Zeka said.

On the other hand, it says that if athletes were in the main focus, then a budget would be formed by the state.

We can't go ahead with the amendments that every deputy here wants. Since we care about athletes, we form a budget for athletes, Zeka said.
