A teabox alarmed the British Embassy and Police in Tirana

The afternoon tea is a popular and soothing ritual for the British. But a package of tea that has arrived at the British Embassy facilities here in Tirana has resulted in concerns for Embassy security workers, but also for state police. The fact that no one [...] was responsible for the alarm of the authorities became the fact that they [was].
The authorities ' alarm became the fact that no one had ordered the suspicious package, which was sent from India, and which was initially thought to have explosives or toxic substances.
As results from reporting the event, at 1:30 p.m., a bag of tea with the inscription “Gren because organic” was brought through mail to the English Embassy, but its contents was taught only after the specialised police department intervened for such situations.
The British Embassy, which adds that the usual protocol was followed, also confirms the event, referring to the police.
On the other hand, police say unofficially, because of suspicions that it might be, explosives or even a package of toxic substances has been intervened with controlled explosions.
Right after this action, the content was forwarded to the criminalistics lab, even though in fact by preliminary observation it confirmed that within the package there was nothing but organic tea.
Police say the tea was ordered in India and should be delivered to Macedonia.
