Sexual violence survivor comes to Kosovo for the next battle

McFarlane is the founder of a movement called Movie to Inspire: The world sports movement that calls for an end to sexual violence against women and girls, a battle against this phenomenon.
The main initiative of this movement is called “Footsteps to Inspire”. It runs ten miles [16 km] for the purpose of worldwide discussion of sexual violence.
Whoever wants to join this cause is welcome to join McFarlane in this symbolic race, today starting at 8:30 a.m., ahead of the Communist Assembly facility in Prizren.
Local organisations which welcomed this activity as the Association of Persons with the Moustrophyle Distrophy of Kosovo (OPDMK), Femative, as well as the Women's and Children's Protection Centre HINA Prizren urge citizens to join the cause by running.
The Kosovo Women's Network also warned that it would join this initiative, both symbolic and content for dignified treatment of sexually violent survivors and combating prejudice against them.
