International and local sources have confirmed that a secret meeting took place last night, Wednesday 19,06.2019, in Berlin.
According to confirmed sources, at the invitation of the closest people to German Chancellor Angela Merkel, a secret meeting between Kosovo and Serbia was held last night. This meeting is held in the offices of German Chancellorship, and representatives of Kosovo, Serbia, the EU, Germany and France have taken part, but not even representatives from the US.
Kosovo Palla has represented the two most loyal men of Prime Minister Haradinaj, Kosovo's ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, Avni Arifi and Prime Minister Haradinaj's chief of staff, Selim Selim Selimi, part of the meeting has also been Michael OyRiley, Haradinaj's former lawyer.
The Serbian side has been led by Marko Djuric, director of the so-called Office for Kosovo in Serbia's government.
The EU is represented by Angelina Einhorst (director for Western Europe, Balkans and Turkey by the EU Foreign Service, Germany by Dr. Jan Heckert (the foreign policy adviser to Chancellor Merkel), while France by Alexander Adam (the deputy adviser to Europe by President Macro).
The purpose of this secret meeting has been to discuss the draft for establishing the Association of Serb majority municipalities in Kosovo with executive competence or Association Plus.
The same international and local sources have confirmed that Prime Minister Haradinaj has already accepted Germany's proposal that Kosovo accept the establishment of association with executive competencies as the key compromise to reaching the final agreement with Serbia.
According to this scenario, Serbia will not need to recognise Kosovo's de jure independence, nor establish diplomatic relations with Kosovo. Serbia will only accept the fact that Kosovo has its own territory.
So, the Berlin secret meeting has been aimed at launching the implementation of Germany's scenario to impose a final agreement between Kosovo and Serbia the German-German model, which does not provide formal recognition to Kosovo from Serbia despite Kosovo's painful compromise, writes the news.net
Despite the progress achieved at this meeting, there is still no concrete result, and that the Serbian side has again demanded the removal of tariffs.

This news, Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, has confirmed today, while official information on the annulment of the Paris Summit is also expected.
Kosovo's ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, Avni Arifi, and Prime Minister Haradinaj's chief of staff, Selim Selim Selimi, is also seen in the meeting as Michael OürRiley, former Haradinaj's lawyer at the hotel ão Marito.
