No punitive measures against the builders who risked residents of the “muha immigrants” (Photo)

The Pristina municipality and justice bodies have not undertaken any punitive measures against those it calls in the collapse of the soil in the neighbourhood of “Muha immigrants”. The first suspicions are that the soil has slipped as a result of a building building where LDK deputy Lumir Abdixhiku's fathership is being built. The great swing of [...]
The huge impact of the soil that took place in the neighbourhood of the Muhha Emigrants in Pristina, where a multistory residence is being built, has endangered the surrounding homes.
Because of the inability to live and the fear of greater collapse, in May some families from the building had to move above the slippery ground. Meanwhile, asphalt has remained in that state for days now.
The prosecution has yet to take any measures on this situation, even though Kosovo's penal code envisions punitive measures and the situation can category it as causing general danger.
The State Prosecutor's Information Office has returned no response if this situation is under investigation.
The news.net has also called for answers from the Pristina Community about what it has undertaken to the construction company after the collapse of the earth and what it is taking to make the situation return as it has been, but they have given no answers.
Two lawyers, Naim Rudari and Blerim Cela, have also trained their own activities in a local club.
Lawyer Naim Rudari has told us about the news that they moved from the bar and that they are looking for another location. After the collapse of the earth, the danger has emerged and we have to leave. We are currently out of the bar, after we've been dumped for the whole time, this we have even told the tenant”, Rudari said.
He says there is currently no criminal outcry on the part of residents for the risk they were facing.
“So far, as I know there is no criminal rowing, I don't know”, he said.
From the building, besides the lawyer's bar, there were three other families living in that building. It is learned that displaced families are accommodated in several dwellings whose rent is being paid by the company who is building under the collapse, from the construction of which there is suspicion that it came down to the landslide.
News days ago, it was reported that landowners and construction facilities were being built very small buildings is Nexmi Kastrati, who is the father of LDK deputy Lumir Abdixhiku. In fact, the nine-story object is being built by NNSH “Shala XH” and Nexmi Kastrati.
Workman is “company Shala Group”, while the property is owned by 13 owners. “Shala Group” and Nexmi Kastrati have asked permission to leave since 2017, but the Urbanisation Directorate had rejected the request in the argument that the parcel does not meet construction conditions.
Then, President Shpend Ahmeti has proposed an exchange of property to owners with a municipality parcel so that honouring Obadiah's fatherly building can be made possible, as investors and landowners. The proposal for the exchange of property, Chairman Ahmeti, had sent him to the Municipal Assembly late last year, as a competent body of municipal property exchanges.
Initially, some LDK atomicists have been reluctant to vote on this proposal by President Ahmeti, but after a noise created by PSD assistants during the Assembly meeting, the LDK has voted it unanimously.
Sources of news.net within the LDK parliamentary group in Pristina's KK have said MP Abdixhiku had contacted some assabists to vote on the proposal.
Even MP Abdixhik has not answered. After the land exchange, construction conditions were created.
Initially, the municipality for the construction of this facility has issued permission to secure construction pits, or pilot construction as the preliminary phase of the demand for construction permits.
Then, on May 7, 2019, the building permit was issued for the construction of the business multibank building AH building with etage 2 B+ S+P+9, within the urban block éa-0250.
