In this statement it has been suggested that the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo have constitutional and legal obligation to be transparent before Kosovo citizens in the significant and important process of Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, writes Periscope.
The president's “Office has not been informed of the participation of a prime minister's team in the secret meeting in Berlin, and we have not yet received any official information about what was discussed at this meeting. Such unannounced, secret and uncoordinated meetings do not help in the process of Kosovo dialogue Serbia, the sooner we already have the Negotiator Team, which is tasked with negotiating any subject with Serbia. The institutions of the Republic of Kosovo have a constitutional and legal obligation to be transparent to Kosovo citizens for such a sensitive and significant process as the Kosovo-Serbia” dialogue, the President's Office statement said.
Meanwhile, Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has told the media conference that he has informed coalition partners of this meeting.
However, the Office of the President and Ministry of Foreign Affairs have been declared to have known nothing about this meeting. /Periscopi
