A media report said the plane has encountered turbulence (stuhi) on Montenegro's territory, and the pilot has called for a change of flight level (FL 340).
“According to official information on this case of medical assistance have requested eight, three (3) of them have been injured: a passenger located outside the seat, a passenger from hot coffee water, and another from the drop of luggage on the seat. Five (5) others have experienced trauma. All passengers have been released from the” hospital, said further in this news release.

Aeronautic Accidents and Incidents Investigation Commission - KHAIA, operating within the prime minister's office, is established under the 03/03 Law L-051 for Civil Aviation and is tasked with investigating Aeronautic accidents and incidents in the Republic of Kosovo and elsewhere in the world for registered aircraft in Kosovo. Based on KHAIA Ruler No. KHAIA/ZKM 0/01/2019 which adapted Anex 13 of the Chicago Convention, KHAIA is obliged to participate in the quality of observers around the world if there are any involved in accidents/incident citizens of the Republic of Kosovo.
By 16,06,2019, 1617 U n TC, a 737 Boing guy with a LZ registration number- MVK, of the company ALK Airlines, with flight number VO 7205, has been launched from Pristina Airport with a destination of Basel. The plane has encountered turbulence on Montenegro's territory, the pilot has demanded a change in flight level (FL 340) as seen in the figure.
According to official information on this case, eightʹ8) individuals have requested medical assistance, three (3) of them have been injured - a passenger located outside the seat, a passenger from hot coffee water, and another from falling luggage on the seat. Five (5) others have experienced trauma. All passengers have been released from the hospital.
The plane went on to Basel, where it landed at 06:13. PM (UTC).
