The ZKA has recorded violations concerning 32 Serbian employees in August. These employees were scheduled to be accommodated in municipalities in the northern part of Kosovo. However, in their actions, employees are arranged at certain positions within relevant departments at the ministry.
“For senior officials the Ministry has no evidence to confirm their performance at the workplace, as it does to regulate working hours outlined by the Ministry of Public Administration, while the ministry had made regular payment of their salaries. The financial value for wages expenses for 2018, for these 32 officials, was $134,657. This has happened because managerial checks have not been implemented to ensure that all employees are present at the workplace during working hours and other reasons, including political circumstances”, the Auditor report says.
The report has calculated that the planning process has been forwarded with poor analysis regarding planned projects.
