“Norwegia strongly supports dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina under the auspices of the European Union. I sincerely hope that the talks leading to normalisation of relations will soon be restored”, the chief of Norwegian diplomacy told the Serbian newspaper “Politika”.
Kosovo- Serbia has been stopped because of the tax. Kosovo maintains that this decision does not change until recognition by Serbia.
