In a post made in the group "Maracli t'kerreve" by Advan Mandelli shows how a Autovel Record Center in Granqanica was required 44 euros to return the books from the Serbian language to Albanian.
He had gone to register four cars, and the books were printed in Serbian.
When he had asked to return to Albanian, 44 euros have been demanded.
