In every municipality in Kosovo, car books are printed in all languages without paying for something extra.
But that doesn't seem to apply to the Gracanica municipality. There you must pay if you want the car booklet to be returned from the Serbian language to Albanian.
In a post made in the group "Maracli t'kerreve" by Advan Mandelli shows how a Autovel Record Center in Granqanica was required 44 euros to return the books from the Serbian language to Albanian.

He had gone to register four cars, and the books were printed in Serbian.
When he had asked to return to Albanian, 44 euros have been demanded.
In his post he asked for answers on whether it's okay.
