Dreselj is convinced that at tomorrow's meeting, Germany will have concrete steps in assisting Kosovo with visa liberalisation.
Also, according to Dresaj, Germany will give final opposition to the idea of touching or changing borders in the agreement with Serbia.

Ramush Haradinaj will have one of the most important meetings for Kosovo in Berlin tomorrow.
Along with Chancellor Merkel, Kosovo's relations and trust with Germany as strategic partners will be confirmed and deepen.
From the information I have from my German policy friends, Berlin will officially announce “dead” plans to change or touch territories in any eventual agreement with Serbia.
Also, Germany will specifically move positively to help Kosovo towards visa liberalisation. For that, there will be something concrete about tomorrow's meeting.
Today I have personally travelled to Berlin and am I convinced that Kosovo will get a great deal tomorrow from the most pro-Albanian and influential state in Europe, Germany?
