The Socialist Party is going for the first time after the fall of communism, with no rivals in local elections.
Even though the Democratic Party and its allies were not registered in the June 30th race, Prime Minister Edi Rama appeared firm at the top of the occasion not to move the date, the strategy very little understood. But at a peak of political tension and when international voices have been intensified, for resolving the political crisis after the June 30th vote, Prime Minister Edi Rama has given the first signal -- namely, on the day he closed the electoral campaign.
The prime minister said he is willing to sit down for dialogue with Basha since Monday on July 1st.

Beyond the prime minister's articulation, obedience was strengthened with the declaration of another high-weight figure in the Socialist Party, Mayor Erion Veliaj.
He was almost convinced that on July 1st, Edi Rama will invite the opposition leader to early elections.
“I bet, if Edi Rama tells him on July 1st and probably makes an invitation, Luli tells him to make elections there's no chance in the world that the DP with 15% and the SMI with 1 %s will be ready for the next loss of”, Veliaj said.
In the bloc, almost all diplomatic headquarters of the countries of the European union, but the United States of America, have called for the opposition on June 30th to avoid confrontations, emphasising on a possible political agreement that gives solution to the crisis starting on July 1st. /oranews/
