“We consider that the Kosovo Constitutional Court's decision, signed by Arta Rama-Hajriz, has made dangerous precedents for Decanin and Kosovo, as well as for the new constitutional order of the Republic of Kosovo, so based on the argument that the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo's, of May 2016, signed by Arta Rama-Hajrizi, where Milosevic's decisions legalised, has hit the constitution and the new reality in Kosovo<1, the statement said.
Furthermore, Decani historians demand the moral and irrevocable resignation of Arta Rama-Hajriz from the post of head of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo.
