Centre for Advanced Education Performance (QAPA) Director Halim Hyseni has said the minister's decisions have had a direct impact on lowering the quality of education and education, writes Koha Ditore today. Most decisions consider they contrary to the national interest of Kosovo, its future and the concept of the rule of law, the rights of Kosovo citizens and the developmental trends of the XXI century.
Kosovo's “Education has received very serious shocks, because as never before has it been like now exremis) in party service and the interests of customer groups. The minister is taking punitive administrative measures to sow fear and frighten people from dare to speak up, humble themselves. The actions of the minister -- "en block" -- are illegal, harmful and criminally sanctioned”, Hyseni has declared. The responsibility, according to him, could not be just the minister and August, but the Government in general.
The minister's work on several points has also criticised Rron Djindovci, director of the Organisation for Growth of Quality at Education (ORCA). And in some respects he has been commended or reasoned.
The loss of money by the World Bank is a classic STAT failure, for which Minister Bytyqi would have to give responsibility or clarification even if he had no direct responsibility, because he is the person who should not allow such failures. When the failures occur, the least the minister has to do is take steps, which I don't think has taken. Mrs. Kumrije Gagica's movement from the position I consider to have been a mistake and, fortunately, it has been restored to a preliminary position”, he has indicated. With the appointment of the Secretary of State, according to him, the Party and the minister have been interested in appointing obedient, unresponsible people.
As a positive move by the minister has singled out the Administrative Guide, which regulates the issues of index platforms for magazines taken into account during academic advances. For the dismissal of the AKA Board, he has made the prime minister guilty, while praising the minister for choosing new members.
The director of the Institute “Eduared”, Renor Qehaja, has said the lack of responsibility has allowed many initiatives to be presented medically, but never something concrete.
“Remember here the profile of regional universities, the whole day's lesson, the translation of textbooks, etc.”, he said. Mismanagement of the process of selecting new textbooks, according to him, has resulted in texts that have no quality.
This never dares for political reasons to be covered, but to be admitted as failure. Whoever is involved in the process is responsible, above all responsibility for lost time, and delays to have real texts for our students”, has been expressed.
Directors of the Centre for Education of Kosovo (KEC) and the Institute “Atami”, Dukagjin Pupovci, respectively, Jusuf Thaci, have refused to talk about the newspaper about the work of Minister Bytyqi.
