Two neighbors fought each other over who lit the fire that burned the fence between their homes.
The fire fell on Kent's Mountbattten Avenue, and was caught by a motorcyclist passing by, follows Periscope.
The video shows a woman screaming and shaking her hands from her neighbor “this is your fault.
You'll pay, don't stand there looking at it, you did that. ” added further.
As the fence continued to burn, a witness is heard shouting “take water”.
Ansis Valdmanis, who is said to post the video on a Facebook page, said “I was going over by motorcycle when I saw smoke on the roof of a house. At first, I thought the whole house was on fire. When I approached, I saw the fence between the burning two properties and an elderly woman blaming her closest neighbor for that. ”
Another neighbor, Yee Jordan, wrote on Facebook: “There were so many people nearby who just looked like idiots! ”
