There is doubt that by the date 27.06.2019, at the time of 5:5 minutes, two Kosovo citizens, one male and one female of Albanian nationalities, have forcibly broken the door of the philial “Western Union” on the “road. Isa Boletini”, in Gjilan, reports Klan Kosova.
By this act, the defendants are suspected to have committed a serious criminal offence”.
The general department's preliminary procedure judge, after reviewing the subject paperwork, has considered the legal conditions for appointing the detention measure to the defendants, as if any alternative measures were assigned to the defendants could repeat the work.
