Regional police spokesman Alle Silidic said the injured were taken to the Great Kladus Hospital, following the fire explosion at the Miral camp, which houses 500 migrants.
About 25,000 people from Asia and North Africa have entered Bosnia from Serbia and Montenegro last year.
Only about 3,500 of them were accommodated at the transit centers, while the rest are still on the streets.
