Vucinqi says Kosovo wants to arrest 26 Serb police members

Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq has said about RTS that Kosovo authorities want to arrest 26 police officers from northern Kosovo, as well as 15 other people.

In his words, they will be arrested on suspicion of having participated in corruption and similar acts.

According to him, the “magic circle” in Kosovo is not closed.

“They are wanting to arrest 25 police members from the north of Kosovo and 15 other people with the reasoning that they have participated in corruption and in similar things so that Mitrovica will remain vulnerable and thus be able to do the worst thing against our people”, b92 quoted Vuciq as saying.

Then, he has said, the final act of trying to completely master the space where Serbs live in Kosovo would follow.

It has stressed that Serbia has informed international institutions of this.
