Thaci: Commission formation for Tribunal, the wisest job the Parliament can do

Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has backed the initiative of Parliament Speaker Kadri Veselin for the creation of Tribunal for Serbian genocide, saying this is the wise course Kosovo's Parliament can do.

He demanded that all be united to condemn the Serb genocide in Kosovo, so that the perpetrators are brought to justice.

Today's “Debat and the possibility of extracting the resolution and forming a commission are the wisest possible things that the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo can do. It's a very good idea of President Wessel and I believe that all will together be to condemn genocide, ethnic cleansing of Serbia, and people who committed these crimes, people of Serbia's state camera, to be brought to justice”, he said.

That statement, Thaci has said after being questioned by reporters today, when the state commission for the establishment of Tribunal for the Serbian genocide in Kosovo is expected to be formed in the Assembly.
