Bulgarian Defence Minister Krasimir Karakatchanov, in a proposal before reporters, said negotiations with the United States on purchasing F-16 combat aircraft are progressing. During the presentation, the minister wore a T-shirt with the emblem of Russia's MiG-29.
Asked by reporters, he said he had not noticed this detail.
