After yesterday's case with the Roma woman, who on social networks proved to be a fraud and then was physically attacked by some young people in Lipjan, Kosovo's United Roma Party deputy Albert Kinoll has reacted today.
Kinoll announced that the woman in question is now under state and institutional protection.
” Honored, as for your information, I would like to announce that an hour ago I spoke with Kosovo Police Director Mr. Rashit Chalaj, and just a few minutes ago, the same confirmed to me that Mrs. From today's Roma community will be under State and Institute protection and will be sheltered in safety and that Courts and Prosecutors are doing their job so that those who attacked the person in question could be brought to justice and receive the due sentence”, the MP Kinoll wrote in his Facebook account.
The Roma woman was initially accused of being a transgjitor and of moving through countries to kidnap children -- charges that Kosovo Police have dismissed.
