RTS writes that forming an international court cannot be done by Kosovo institutions, writes Periscopi.
The commission's “Forming and voting of the draft resolution are two decisions that Kosovo institutions can make, but forming an international court is something that Kadri Veselin” is manipulating, writes in the RTS article.
“Several days ago, according to sources it was implied that the purpose of all this was to hide the government's failure”, is written in this article.
