At the scene, police have encountered two suspected people who were in the bar committing a theft.
They, according to police, have begun attacking police officials with dangerous means (spots and hammers) to avoid arrest. To defend one of the police officials has shot at one of those who were committing theft.
Taking into consideration the fact that the suspects' actions posed a direct, life threatening threat, even though police officials initially used tactics and methods to avoid danger, one of the police officials has been forced to use official weapons in self-defense, with the aim of neutralising such dangerous acts of suspects, as well as to put the same approach under”, the police report said.
From this institution they claim that body injury from the firearm has in this case claimed suspect A. M., male, 25, citizen of the Republic of Kosovo.
The same “originally, by police, was given the first aid at the scene and then sent to QKUK for medical treatment, while the other known police suspect has arrived, to leave the scene of the”, police clarify.
Currently, police in co-operation with justice bodies are taking all necessary police actions about this case, while the investigation circle has been expanded on several other cases where there is reasonable doubt that the same persons may be involved.
