War-released organisations are strongly supporting the initiative of Chief Parliamentary Kadri Veselin, to establish a Tribunal that will judge the crimes of Serbs committed in Kosovo. Through a public letter, O The VL-KLA has asked all citizens of the Republic of Kosovo who possess evidence for the crimes of Serbs to deposit, Klan Kosova reports.
Kosovo's” citizens these days are marking the anniversary of the massacres against their families by the Serbian occupational state -- by the army, police, paramilitaries and other structures organised by the Serbian state -- to kill, rape, injuries, flee the wealth and future of the Albanian people in Kosovo.
Those massacres and horrors of genocide violence that Serbia committed against the citizens of Kosovo have caused suffering to every citizen of Kosovo, but also of the democratic world, for which the intervenin of NATO had happened.
Today, 20 years after these massacres, committed before our eyes and the world that are the most terrible in Europe after World War II, they were left unpunished.
Serbian criminals who committed these massacres are free and manage the state of Serbia, as was the case with the parade of several days ago.
The Serbian state has the same logic and denies these massacres, empowers criminals and promotes hatred. This adds pain to our wounds, but we also believe in the civilized world. This damages peace and justice in the region.
The International Court for War Crimes in the former Yugoslavia failed to try Serb crimes in Kosovo, as well as international missions in Kosovo both UNMIK and EULEX, as well as local justice since 2016, when it received the concessions to condemn war crimes.
Instead of condemning these crimes, Kosovo was imposed on the so-called special court.
We are now ahead of time to be brought to justice and punish Serbian criminals for these massacres and for Serbia being indicted and punished for genocide committed against the Kosovo Albanian people. In this direction we support every initiative of institutions and individuals.
So in this direction, we call for Kosovo institutions to take concrete action in gathering and proving these massacres and building the system that puts Serbian criminals and them to justice:
Establish mechanisms through international institutions or through friendly states for the genocide indictment of Serbia against the Kosovo Albanian people.
Ask the UN, in particular US and US states to create a Serbian Criminal Tribunal in Kosovo
The so-called special courts should include Serbian crimes, being authorised by law or imposed by Kosovo institutions not to operate unilaterally.
Entrance expert on Kosovo gathering, fact of Serbian crimes
All survivors offer evidence and evidence of Serbian crimes and deposit Kosovo's Prosecution until the Tribunal for Serbian Crimes is established
Kosovo Prosecutors to Witness, Deposit Serbian Crimes Files in Kosovo Public
Kosovo government shares additional budget for this purpose
The War Veterans' Organisation considers that it is the last time for these actions and that there can be no reconciliation: without the recognition of Kosovo from Serbia, without the punishment of Serbia for genocide by the International Court of Justice, without the Serbian state's acceptance of Serbian crimes that have been committed in Kosovo, without the Serb state's apology for these crimes, without punishment of Serb criminals who commit massacre and without compensation for the damages of war by Serbia.
These demands of us are fully right and according to democratic world criteria. Any other approach adds pain to each citizen of Kosovo and seriously damages the right to justice and the building of peace in the future.
We expect Kosovo institutions and international partners to take concrete action in this direction that associations are willing to make their contribution”, said in the statement.
