The investigative commission over the lighting of the case for the expulsion of six Turkish citizens held the country's president, Hashim Thaci, responsible for the expulsion of Turkish citizens.

On Wednesday, the commission has approved the report, which according to them, testifies to what happened to the case. The report will go to the plenary hearing for discussion and approval, then to the Prosecutor.

Commission deputies estimate that the prosecution should call the president, and the owners of institutions, AKI and the Kosovo Police, since they say they have made the scenario to expel Turkish citizens.

Commission Chairman Jalal Svecla said it has already become clear that the commissioner for this has happened is the president of the country.

It has already become clear that the commissioner for this has happened is President Hashim Thaci himself, he has said.

According to him, the prosecution must carry out the job and invite the president and host of institutions, from AKI and Kosovo Police, since the scenario is one of them.

The Commission has confirmed that they have consciously committed violations, and I believe that the prosecution should call all of these holders of institutions separately to give their testimony, and on the basis of this report, and on the basis of additional findings of the prosecution to begin raising the first charges... Institutions that have committed violations are the president of Kosovo, AKI, Kosovo Police, specific segments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as ministers and Infrastructure themselves with its non-action, while we have found that even flight has been illegal”, Svecla said.

He said there has been efforts to divert the commission from the substances of the findings.
According to him, against PDK member in the working group to dismiss the report, such a thing has not been achieved and the report has been adopted almost the same with last December, except for some language changes.

At the MP conference, none of the 31 violations listed in December last year have been changed.

Democratic League of Kosovo MP Driton Selmanaj said President Hashim Thaci and former AKI chief Driton Gashi tended to prevent the outcome of this investigative process.

“This scenario was clearly seen as the tendency to denigrate it and prevent its completion. But we are convinced and already with this fact realised that when there is the maximum will of politicians and everyone in Kosovo, there is no factor that can stop a process, so that the truth can be made white, and all of this in the function of something, Kosovo will become a rule of law, Kosovo will repack laws and the constitution. Anyone who tries to violate these will face an investigative commission today, tomorrow with a conscientious and patriotic prosecutor, these people who do such things have no place not in public institutions, but I am impressed that only behind the bars can they end up”, he said.

Selmanaj even said national security is being jeopardised by the country's own president.

Kosovo currently does not risk national security by some who roam in Kosovo, with them we can deal with laws, the serious threat to national security is coming from the first of the state, this is the greatest danger, and prosecutors if they had courage, patriotic and professional today, tomorrow they could take concrete action, because we've done so much work that I think can be done. ”, he said.

Selmanaj said the report would be more complete if they had the president's testimony in detail, because as he said, he is known to be behind all this work.

As regards the independent expert, Selmanaj said over 51 professors of Harward and other American universities have sent letters to protect the expert.

According to him, they have said that if the country's president does not withdraw his statement of insult to the expert, then the special United Nations rapporteurs should be directed to protect human rights.
