Gent Cakaj recalls Ibrahim Rugova: It was Kosovo's main policy architect

May 24, 1992, 27 years from now, Dr. Ibrahim Rugova was first democratically elected president of the Republic of Kosovo.

Kosovo but also its leading political architect in general!
He was the master ideologist of the early 90s that articulated him best.
