Among the most terrible tortures, he says, has been she at the Dubrava prison.
Ballovci had seen closely how in the most barbarous manner, by Serbian soldiers, Albanians were being massacred.
Several times he was elected by Serbian paramilitaries to be executed, but on May 21, 1999, he was transferred to the Lipjan prison, to continue on to Nis's.
There, he says, he witnessed death while being tortured by various means, along with many other Albanians.
For all these experiences -- now more than a year -- he has collected evidence arguing crimes against Albanians that took place in the Dubrava prison.
With them he has prepared indictments, through which he will seek justice from local and international institutions.
Ballovci believes there will be justice, documenting Serb crimes against Albanians even through these photos.
From 19 May to 24, 1999, about a thousand prisoners in the Dubrava prison experienced horrors from Serb forces, where about 160 people were killed and massacred while some 300 others were injured.
