In the trial, Apel confirms that MP Arifi is sentenced to 1 year and 3 months in prison.
The same is accused of criminally exercising influence and fraud in subsidies. The other accused, however, is sentenced to 1 year in prison.
In this decision, the justice body imposes on the two accused to compensate for state institutions a large sum of money.
Thus, Arifi and Gashi owe that the Ministry of Labour and Social Goods in the name of the damage caused to be repaid 22.900 euros, while the Office of Prime Minister is worth 2749 euros in about six months after the integrity of this act.
However, what a measure the deputy of the Parliament will have. Based on Apel's decision, it turns out the MP will not be arrested until he has a clear ruling by the Supreme Court.
