Donald Trump has complained many times that there were fewer Twitter followers than Barack Obama, past US president.
At a meeting at the White House with Twitter chief Jack Dorsey, the US president complained about the followers he lost, saying this was all part of the anti-Trump agenda from the company.

According to sources close to the conversation, Mr. Trump that other conservative politicians had complained that they were facing similar problems on that platform.
Also, it was discovered that the president had turned to his own wrath that Mr. Obama had more Twitter followers than he himself was despite [in his opinion] he was far better off than the predecessor in posting on this platform.
Trump's conversation with Dorsey came just hours after the president falsely accused Twitter of being too discriminated against the Republicans and that “was playing politically”.
Dorsey had assured Trump at the meeting that his company has only erased false accounts, and like many other users, even the president's account loses followers when Twitter takes them off.
