Special Court sends invitation to Azem Syla soldier

The Specialised Prosecutor's Office is continuing its work on interviewing other KLA levels. She has extended an invitation to thinking of Daka for an interview at The Hague 13 May.

Daka indicates he has received an invitation to appear near the Prosecutor's Office in The Hague as a suspect.

I have received an official invitation. With the 13th, I have to be in The Hague, up to 17th, in quality of suspect”, Daka told Express.

Daka thought was originally a soldier in Kletcha, and later led the special unit in the General Staff under Azem Syla's orders.

Meanwhile, he would be heading to The Hague without protection. Daka says she can't afford to pay a lawyer thousands of euros.

I didn't get a lawyer. No one takes responsibility for pay. I don't have $8,000 in cash. Lawyers should be paid and spent there”, ex-soldier says KLA.

So far, the Special Court has interviewed about 100 people, as suspects and witnesses, while the charges will not arise without interviewing 300 others.
