However, Express finds that investigations into the case have already been launched and that very soon it is expected to be reported. Meanwhile, in the MAP they claim they have not recorded any cases of misuse of official cars.

The whole event did not escape the sight of passersby who were on Friday afternoon en route to the Pristina-Peaj magistrates, respectively, in the village of Balinca.

And the car in which the state official allegedly had sex, Express finds out it belongs to the State Attorney. The cars of this institution carry plates that start with 4Z finish at 03.

But who was the official who misused the state car is still unknown. No one's claiming to this case.

The Express newspaper has sent questions to the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council to get information about who this car is used from, and whether they will take action against the official, but that the same until the moment the text is published has not returned.

But, Express finds out from safe sources within the investigative bodies that they have already started investigating the case, and that very soon it is expected to be reported on the case.

We are aware of the case. The Prosecutorial Council in co-operation with other institutions has only begun investigations, and very soon the report is released that will describe the entire event”, this source has said.

And although this is not the only case when a state car is misused, the Public Administration Ministry states that they have recorded no cases of misuse of official cars.

Meanwhile, for cars with license plates 4Z, they have declared they belong to the Kosovo Judiciary Council and the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council.

There is not even a case of misuse of official cars in the Ministry of Public Administration. And the official cars with license plates 04 belong to the KRK and the KKP, and for details about them you can address that institution, because MAP has no evidence of those cars”, MAP spokesman Zeqir Beckoli said about Express.

But in the KRC, they say they are not responsible.

KRGK's spokeswoman, Ayshe Qorray, has told Gazette Express that they are not responsible for the case.

Meanwhile, there are more than 900 cars available to the executive.

The Kosovo government, the use of vehicles, had regulated it since UNMIK. There, it was envisioned that official cars could be used only by ministers, deputy ministers, Permanent Secretarys and Booth Chiefs.

This directive also envisions 24 hours of car use for work purposes.

Otherwise, Prime Minister Haradinaj, at the beginning of his work as the first executive, had said that anyone who misuses state resources would be punished. The same was said by Minister Vadrin Luka.
