Ramush Haradinaj heads to Berlin to remember Merkel, Macronit visa debt to Kosovo

Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has said that Europe owes Kosovo visa liberalisation, on which the issue has said it will also speak at the Berlin Summit with the two main leaders, Angela Merkel and Emmanuel Macron.
