5 political parties in the Netherlands called on behalf of the group for the return of visas for Albania. V parties VD, CDA, PVV, SP, CU have joined 92 deputies, down from 150, voting in majority on visa waivers for Albania.
But the removal of visas from Schengen countries does not place the Netherlands Parliament, but the European Union, which also means the final word. 5 parties in the Netherlands call for the temporary suspension of visas due to increased criminality.
Significantly, Party V VD, CDA and CU are 3 out of 4 governing parties. Foreign Minister Dutchman comes from the VVD party, while Minister Grapperhouse, who was in Albania, comes from the CDA Party.
The Dutch government has been not in favour of visa returns; at the moment, for Albanians. That attitude has been expressed in Tirana as well. They have called for better co-operation and a better exchange of information.
