Macron falls prey to Russian humorists like Prime Minister Haradinaj

Two Russian humorists, famous for the implementation of high profile calls, say they have deceived France's Emmanuel Macroni by pretending to be Ukraine's new president.

Couples, Vladimir “Vovan” Kuznetsov and Alexei “Lexus” Stolyarov, regularly conducting these calls with rich and powerful people, reports AFP.

This time around, they pretended to be Volodymyr Zelensky, who is also a comedian, who won Sunday's presidential election in Ukraine.

They've published a 15-minute phone conversation in YouTube with someone who says he's the 41-year-old French leader, who's the same as Zelensky.

The false Zelensky emerged with an outstanding victory that brought Petro Poroshenko down from power with 73 per cent of the vote.
