Today we're going to talk about virginity, not too long, and right away. To talk of virginity, first we must say what virginity is; and I cannot say exactly what virginity is. There are many definitions of virginity, and all of these depend on cultural, religious, family values, or the opinion of friends and relatives. If you're religious, virginity has to do with purity, being clean, intact. So you shouldn't have had sex with anyone. When you are religious, virginity is translated that way.
Outside the religious context, it seems that virginity is about sterile, that's the vagina-penis meeting. In fact, the concept of virginity is more based on the binary system, so the man-wife, so heterosexual. But as you continue to think, seeing virginity as definition is the act of sterilization, of penis in your vagina, if you haven't done this act, then technically you're a virgin. What if you're not in a straight relationship, but gay? What about women? They don't even have a penis? How do two lesbians deviance? What does being a virgin mean? But if a lesbian doesn't have a relationship with a man her whole life, is she still a virgin?
So, what should we do? Change the concept of virginity, how much more so today where the concept of virginity is more open and broad? For example: Some people think that if you didn't have vaginal sex but you just had anal sex, you're still a virgin. Personally, I think if you've had oral sex, vaginal or anal, you're no longer a virgin, because you behave in some way or commit acts, which are sexual.
Meanwhile, virginity as a concept has changed for centuries and years. If we refer to ancient Greece or Rome, then the virgin word referred to women or virgins who were virgins because they had never been touched by a man. There is also another superstition about hymn (here the position for hymn) and the concept of virginity. Hymeni is located between vagina and vulva, and with the increase and arrival of adolescence, they grow and estrogens that make the anthem more flexible just to accept the penis or prepare for the first relationship.
On the other hand, it seems that the concept of virginity works only for women because if virginity is lost when it breaks up, what happens to men who have no hymn? A man how do you lose his virginity? When do you have a relationship? When do you have oral sex for the first time? When do you first come out?
Then in many parts of the world, but here, if you're not a virgin, you can be expelled, you're raped, you're muffled by the whole family. That's because you're not cleaner or you've soiled the name of the entire family.
Don't forget the issue of violence. If you're raped, you're not a virgin anymore even if there wasn't a conspiracy? So there are many ideas to think about and reflect well, before giving an official idea of what virginity is. If you are a believer, the virgin is black and white, if you are not religious, the work changes.
I would very much like you to comment on your virginity. I am often accused of inciting the loss of virginity. It's not, actually, but I definitely think virginity is a heterosexual invention, similar to marriage. That's just my idea and my opinion. You don't have to think like me, you don't even understand what I'm saying, even though it's advisable; but when we hear and the opinions of others, our perception of life grows. Accept yourself and others. Life is easier and more beautiful.
