House arrest for Kosovo women returned from Syria

This court, through a media communique, announces home arrest for V. B, F.D., F. L, N.H., A.Z., V. K, H.K., L.L., S.S. and M.A. because of criminal engagement or participation in the military or foreign police, in paramilitary or pre-police foreign formations, in group organisations or individually outside the territory of the Republic of Kosovo, by Article 3 pars. 3 of the law prohibiting joining armed conflicts outside the country's territory, law No. 051-002 and “Organisation and terrorist group participation from Article 143 pars. Subtitles V. B, F.D., F. L, N.H., A.Z., V. K, H.K., L.L., S.S. and M.A. were assigned house arrest measures in length of 1 (a) for each separate month, ranging from 23.04.2019 to 23.05.2019”, the communique says.
In addition, it becomes known that the court has appointed the measure of house arrest against these defendants, based on Article 187 par.1 subpar.1 and 1.2.1, 1.2.2 and 1.2.3 of the Republic of Kosovo's Criminal Procedure Code.
