It was one of the initiative's latest election campaign slogans.
If not for other families, its leader, Fatmir Limaj, aims to do so with one of his family members.
Andrew Zaberdja, the son of Limaj's sister, has been proposed to be employed at the Office of Administrative Co-ordinator, near the negotiating team.
He is reserved for the position of professional political adviser, being assigned 800 euros in salaries.
KTV contacted Zabergje, but he didn't respond to television messages.
Similarly, neither has co-chairman of the dialogue team, Fatmir Limaj.
In this proposal, Limaj and Ahmeti have proposed co-partys and militants from the PSD Initiative to join the team.
There they have shared shares to comfort the people of the respective parties.
Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has argued with political employment, saying even dialogue is such.
But, he added, the co-ordinator of this office will not be from NISMA or PSD.
“Ekips are professional, but political, because dialogue is political. There's logic there's a partnership. For co-ordinator, we have left it open as the opportunity has been to co-ordinate from the PDK and come with other experts. We, like Government, support the function of this office, but I'm aware of the whole process, because it's the work of co-chairers. I now need to send a representative after Avni Arifi runs”, Haradinaj said.
Until the co-ordinator of this office has yet to be appointed, the deputy administrative co-ordinator has been nominated, Ilir Cacaj, whose gross salary has been proposed for 1,000 euros and 50 euros.
The two co-chairees of the dialogue team have put in their signatures to appoint 14 people as administrative staff until the list is still not voted.
