Deputy Prime Minister Wants $500,000 Reward for Arrest

He has stated that this arrest was illegal, since police had delivered no evidence or order from the court for his arrest legally.

Podgorica has proposed that an expert be appointed from the field of psychiatry, which will assign the nature and intensity of spiritual pain, due to the violation of personality rights, authority, honor, and violation of freedom, as well as the fear caused by this arrest.

The case judge, Alydin Trsshnaku, after proposing the prosecution's representative, Podvorica, has decided to approve the proposal, to compile expertise from the psikiatria issue.

In contrast, according to the indictment exercised on June 18, 2015, plaintiff Muhamet Kelmendi is calling for the Kosovo Republic, the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Kosovo Police, compensation for moral damage, which he says has been caused in the case of arrest.
