Demaliya for Periscope: No prime minister. I'm involved. I'm politically saying I've been working only for AAKA people.

The MP from AAK's ranks, Shkumbin Demalijaj, has said today again that besides the AAKA people, there is no other desire for anyone to be employed in public institutions.

He reasons that he will not help other people who have opposed the AAKA program.

No one but the Alliance had any fun to see in Kosovo, why I could help someone else who has opposed the Alliance's programme, I give priority to people of the Alliance”, Demalij said.

His statement caused widespread media coverage today.

But, in a statement given to Periscop, Demaliyaj says the media are setting fire to his statements, misinterpreting them.

This is not my statement. It's a portal statement. My statements are found in the committee's transcript. I have simply responded to MP Frasher Krasniqi and his opposition to why I have been on the parliamentary investigative commission, though everything is in the function of law and equality. The media are misinterpreting the statements. In transcripts you find truths. That the media are burning this job, because I am a good expert on legislation. It's a direct impact if it goes as the media are saying, that they're trying to sell news”, Demaliyay told Periscope.

He has said he has not been fond of anyone, while speaking of Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj's reaction to his statements.

The prime minister does not have my exact statement. The Prime Minister knows that I don't act like that, let alone assume that I'm an expert on legislation. The prime minister was quick to go to reporters, and he was able to see my statements. He respected my opinion even if I had been mad, but I really wasn't mad. I have full responsibility when I declare something. I said it in a political sense. I said today he's got the whole Alliance to work. Even under equal and legal conditions, I had given you the Alliance's priority because others did not support our party's schedule. It is true, but politically stated, because in a general sense, the law is equal to all”, he said further about Periscope.

Meanwhile, his statements today have distanced Prime Minister Haradinaj.

I don't think that either Demaliyaaj thinks that, nor does he think in this normal Kosovo as well as in Kosovo all should have a job, nobody thinks that.”, Haradinaj said, follows Periscopi until he added that maybe he's been giving us demalij”

MP Demaliya had been criticised earlier for such statements.

Weeks earlier, he had said that whenever he could, he would employ only AAKA people and not others.

Demalijaj is known for his harsh language, he had even threatened a TV show with outgoing prosecutor Elez Blakaj./ P ERISCOPIA
