Attempting dismissal of Islamic Religious Community leader in Skopje

The group, which has entered the BFI, insists that the Constitutional Court Skopje 2 has accepted the request that the new BFI chairman be Skender Buzaku and that the decision during tomorrow's official Gazette will be announced.
According to the decision under which Buzaku “is called in the future, the Reis task submits to the voluntary Association of Physical Persons named the Islamic Religious Community with the headquarters in Skopje will carry out Skender Buzak from Skopje.
According to the decision, the petitioner has laid down the report by the extraordinary meeting of the BFI Reaset held on 30.03.2019, BFI head Sulejman Rexhepi's dismissal and Sulejman Rexhepi's irrevocable resignation given under the March 25th decision on March 2019 and the March 30th decision on the election of Buzak to the position of BFI's head<0>.
There are added police forces around the Islamic Religious Community building. The Islamic Religious Community after the events insists that the head of the BFI cannot be dismissed by the Court, but only the Riesesti's organs.
According to the BFI, the leader can only be dismissed at the decision of Sulejman Rexhepi, who appoints his successor and then the Court declares the dismissal and appointment of the new leader.
Meanwhile, in a statement to the media, Skender Buzaku said the financial police are with them within the BFI headquarters. He said he is the new chairman of the Islamic Community and that tomorrow he will start work and deny it is about BFI.
