It's only his first term in power, but 92-year-old Tunisia President Bai Caid Esbes will no longer run for the presidential post, even though the constitution allows him.
He had won the first free elections in 2014, after the collapse of the former president, Zine el Abednego Ben Ali, who had stayed 23 years at the helm, writes BBC.
The 92-year-old party has called on him to run again, but he has refused, saying it is time for young people.
The elections in Tunisia will be held on November 17th, but no potential candidates have yet to appear.
