“The captured and corrupt Republic, due to human rights violations”, is writing that Ymer published on Facebook.
He says the latest report by the US State Department that estimates respect for rights in various countries of the world reveals some problems that have emerged in Kosovo for the reporting period.
“In addition to the most disturbing remains corruption, extradition of foreign citizens without legal precautions, as well as the position of ethnic and social minorities in the Republic of Kosovo. Of course, increasing corruption is directly linked to violations of basic human rights. Consequently, corruption means curtailment of opportunities for most by focusing wealth/power on minority hands”, Ymer wrote.
On the other hand, he says this kind of state is a captured state, since corruption is the mechanism that, by excluding democratic procedures and the orientation of policies in general, privatises the state camera to put it into the function of the interest of the ruling minority.
When this is added to ethnic political identification, then the formula is available. The other, permanently reduced in number, is viewed with suspicion and risk. Thus, the gripping and corrupt Republic is transformed into its own opposite instead of that sweeping democracy, produces the ruling oligarchy; instead of reseparation for general welfare, it produces extortion for enrichment of the rulers”, it has completed the writing on the Visar Ymer Facebook.
